• • AODA Compliance Coordinator for the City of Stratford, Ontario 2013-2015

  • Responsible for reviewing AODA legislation and regulations, conducting research, developing a time frame for compliance, consulting with staff and government offices, drafting policies, coordinating/conducting training, documenting/tracking compliance with the legislative requirements and reporting ot the Province on the status of our compliance.

  • Interim Coordinator of Huron Shores Area Transit

  • Interim Manager of Grey Transit Route

  • Ontario Ministry of Health: comparative review of two rural and one urban Ministry-funded transportation services, and recommendations for improving performance, accountability and funding strategies

  • Metrolinx:  facilitated significan gains in cross-boundary service coordination between 12 GTA specialized transit services, including common transfer points and reciprocal eligibility for passengers.

  •  Saskatchewan Municipal Affairs: reviewed and improved the province-wide funding and coordination of specialized transit services and expanding regionalization throughout the province.
